Senior Training

Being healthy at any age is important. But it can be vital for Senior Citizens. 

City Fitness - Bradenton has developed a dedicated fitness programs geared toward improving and fulfilling the life of our older clients by focusing on increased flexibility, and functional movement. 

In addition, our senior clients benefit from an increase in Serotonin levels which stimulates the mind to promote better balance and injury prevention. We help clients with Arthritis, Osteoporosis, amputees and stroke victims. Several of our trainers have and are working with Clients over the age of 75. Our trainers have also worked with amputees and people who have had strokes.

The Senior Training programs are specifically created for each person with your unique fitness goals and abilities in mind.
